We will be running grind groups with Omnipresences and Wudan. The grinding groups will be set-up and run according to the following rules. These rules are subject to change so read them often.
The groups will be 8 man raid groups.
Death Master Camps for 75+. Leader makes the waiting list for each group. The list will be passed down to the member who has been there longer in the event the leader has to leave. People under 75 may come, but they must give up their spot to someone 75+.
East Ruins and Atzel's Fortress for 65-74. Leader makes the waiting list for each group. The list will be passed down to the member who has been there longer in the event the leader has to leave. People under 65 may come, but they must give up their spot to someone 65-74. People 75+ do not have level preference in these two grinding spots.
Whoever is running the groups will be responsible for it's make-up of classes within the group.
There should always be 1 ToS and 1 Pom OR 1 ToS and 1 Barb in every group. This is necessary for a successful AoE group.
Be courteous to all members of all the guilds. Share the grinding time with the members of the other guilds. If you have been grinding for two hours or more and someone fresh would like to grind. The member with the most time in group (and not a required class) would be expected to forfeit their spot to a fresh member.
All members of Grand Design participating in these grind groups will be expected to follow these rules. If someone is not following these rules or not being considerate of others, please inform an officer immediately. These rules are to help all parties involved level as efficiently as possible.
